Insight’s Club for Kids can help

Introducing Insight's Club for Kids! A new group for kids age 6 to 14 at Insight Learning & Wellness Center. This fun group will teach kids how to de-stress, manage bullies and develop an inner peace and strength that will help them throughout their lives!


Led by School Psychologist
Stress Busters is led by Michelle Martin, Ed.S., School Psychologist and Founder of Insight. Each meeting includes fun lessons that promote confidence, lower anxiety and build social skills, leadership abilities and strategies for managing school stress.

 

Insight Club for Kids (ages 6-14)

Who:      All kids who would like to learn how to DE-STRESS & have FUN!
What:     Group lessons to promote confidence & resilience, lower anxiety, build social skills & leadership abilities and learn ways to respond and stop bullying.

Where:  Insight Learning & Wellness Center, Suite 112

Activities to include:
Art, yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, exercises to calm and clear negative emotions, positive psychology and nature activities. Similar to Camp Insight programming!
Limited class size (Max of 16 students).

Insight Wellness is an approved provider of the Autism Scholarship Program through the Ohio Department of Education.

  • has difficulty making friends
  • displays a lack of self-control
  • appears shy or lacking in confidence
  • appears to be gifted and unchallenged

 

Assistance is Available for Autism Services!

The Ohio Department of Education has an Autism Scholarship program that provides $20,000.00 annually and can be used to pay for services at Insight and other approved and registered providers. Beyond Words Foundation - provides scholarships based on need for therapies and services that are recreational in nature, example: horseback riding, swimming, music, dance, drama, art, karate, social skills groups, sports.  Note:  services do not have to be adapted or therapeutic, but must meet recreational standard.  www.beyondwords.org
